Error when transferring copyrighted music to the player
Error: "The DRM-protected WMA file that you are attempting to transfer requires a license. Please connect to the Internet before clicking OK to attempt license acquisition. To learn more about DRM, click Help."
Cause:
The music file you are trying to transfer to the player requires a license and you do not have one.
Solution:
You can transfer licensed music to your audio player only if the license file includes these rights. The company that provides the license file decides license rights; not all songs work after you copy them to an audio device. Check the terms of your license.
