Symptom(s):
- Error on audio player display after updating to version 1.1 firmware
- Error: "Updating firmware... please wait"
Cause:
Computers that have either SiS or ALI chipsets may experience this error. The Firmware Version 1.1 Update completes successfully but the audio player remains on the update screen.
Solution:
After the update is complete and you have clicked Finish:
1. Unplug the player from the USB port
2. Turn off the player
3. Remove and reinsert the batteries
4. Turn on your Player while looking at your Player's display.
You should see V1.10 at the top of the second screen on your Player's display.
