Symptom(s):
- Error after entering the upgrade key during setup
- Error: "The upgrade key is not valid. Please try to get a new key using Register/Get Key menu item."
Cause:
This error appears during Setup of MusicMatch Jukebox if you don't enter the upgrade key or if you type it in wrong. You are not allowed to go back to the input screen to correct typing errors.
Solution:
After Setup is complete, in MusicMatch Jukebox, click Register > Enter Key to type in the correct key. The upgrade key must be entered exactly as shown on the back of the Quick Start Card, it must be in all capital letters and it must include the hyphens. Relevant Information:
