Important notes about transferring files to your player
No matter which software program you use to transfer files to the player, the only files displayed for you to choose from will be the supported audio files types: MP3 and WMA.
If your audio player is plugged into an external USB hub, the transfer process may freeze or lock up. Not all external hubs exhibit this problem. To recover:
- Unplug the player from the external USB hub.
- Shut off the player.
- Remove and reinsert the batteries.
- Turn the player back on.
- Plug the player directly into the computer's USB port and try the transfer again.
