Error when Uninstalling the Audio Player Software

Symptom(s):

  • Error when uninstalling the audio player software
  • Error: "This uninstallation cannot continue because a file that is to be uninstalled is locked or running. Unlock or close your application and run this uninstall again."

    • Cause:
    The Intel® Audio Manager software is open.

    Solution:
    Close the Intel® Audio Manager software before uninstalling.

    This applies to:
    Intel® Personal Audio Player 3000
    		Intel® Pocket Concert™ Audio Player
