Symptom(s):
- Error when assigning an Instant Access key to open a document
- Error: "[filename] refers to a location that is unavailable. It could be on a hard drive on this computer, on a network, or on a different computer on your home network. Check to make sure that the disk is properly inserted, or that you are connected to the Internet or home network, and then try again. If it still cannot be located, the information might have been moved to a different location."
- Error: "Please insert a disk into drive D:"
Cause: When you choose to 'open a document' in the Instant Access key wizard, the Wizard looks to the Windows* My Documents shortcut list. If any of the documents on that list are either no longer available OR on a network drive that's not currently available OR on a CD-ROM drive and the CD-ROM in not inserted, this error can occur. You may see multiple error messages occur.
Solution: Click OK to dismiss the error message(s). The errors will not interfere with making key assignments to valid documents.
