Dear Intel® Wired and Wireless Series Peripherals Customer:
Effective June 28, 2002, Intel announced the end of interactive support for Intel® Wired & Wireless Series Peripherals. Intel no longer provides interactive support for these products via telephone or e-mail, nor does Intel provide any future software updates to support new operating systems or improve compatibility with 3rd party devices and software products.
Effective February 22, 2008, Intel announced the end of self-help web support for Intel® Wired Series Peripherals.
Self-help web support continues for the Intel® Wireless Series Peripherals.
