REX® Warranty Replacement Information

Xircom REX® products are no longer being manufactured and "interactive support" has been discontinued for all REX products. For more information, please refer to the Xircom® End of Interactive Support Notice - January 20, 2004. However, all REX warranties are being honored.

Physical Damage
Physical damage (including cracked screens not due to defects in materials or workmanship) is not covered under the REX warranty. Previously we offered "REX Cracked Screen Replacements" at a cost. However, since we no longer have sufficient inventory to sell replacements for physically damaged REX units not covered under warranty, only REX units under warranty are eligible for replacement.

Mechanical Defect
f your REX product is defective in materials or workmanship and you purchased your REX less than one year ago, you can receive a replacement. To obtain a replacement, complete the RMA Request Form for Xircom® EOIS products. For warranty information, please refer to the Warranty Replacement Policy - Xircom® EOIS products.
