Outlook*: Working In Offline Mode

Set up or verify offline settings:

  1. Click Start, Settings, Control Panel.

  2. Double click the Mail icon.

  3. Click Microsoft Exchange Server*, and then click Properties .

  4. On the General tab, click Work offline and use dial-up networking for the Default connection state.

  5. On the Advanced tab, click Enable offline use.

  6. Click OK in the Microsoft Exchange Server dialog box.

  7. Click OK in the Microsoft Outlook* Internet Settings Properties dialog box.

  8. Run Outlook .

  9. Expand the Mailbox menu to view the Username folder group.

  10. Right click the folder you want to synchronize with TrueSync* and select Properties.

  11. Click the Synchronization tab.

  12. Click When offline or online for This folder is available, and then click OK.

  13. Repeat this procedure for every folder you want TrueSync Plus* to access and synchronize.
