Set up or verify offline settings:
- Click Start, Settings, Control Panel.
- Double click the Mail icon.
- Click Microsoft Exchange Server*, and then click Properties .
- On the General tab, click Work offline and use dial-up networking for the Default connection state.
- On the Advanced tab, click Enable offline use.
- Click OK in the Microsoft Exchange Server dialog box.
- Click OK in the Microsoft Outlook* Internet Settings Properties dialog box.
- Run Outlook .
- Expand the Mailbox menu to view the Username folder group.
- Right click the folder you want to synchronize with TrueSync* and select Properties.
- Click the Synchronization tab.
- Click When offline or online for This folder is available, and then click OK.
- Repeat this procedure for every folder you want TrueSync Plus* to access and synchronize.
