Is a Thermally Advantaged Chassis required for the boxed Intel® processors in the 775-land package?

The fan heatsink that ships with the boxed Intel Pentium 4 processors, or the Celeron® D processors in the 775-land package requires that the fan inlet temperature must be kept at 38 degrees Celsius or lower. A Thermally Advantaged Chassis that meets the chassis air guidelines version 1.1 is the best method to meet this requirement.
