Cause:
The case sticker or case logo is included with the purchase of an Intel® boxed processor. An OEM processor does not include the badge.

Solution:
Information to obtain a case logo / sticker is available on our corporate website. For individuals, we require proof of ownership of a system with an Intel® microprocessor before we mail out a sticker. This can be an invoice, packing list, warranty card, etc. Please send the information to:

For resellers there are two ways to obtain Intel Inside® logo stickers for building systems. The first is to become a licensee of the Intel Inside program. For qualification information, please call 1-888-835-5530 or visit our website.  The second way to obtain case stickers is through the Intel® Platform Branding Advantage, which requires membership in the Intel® Channel Partner Program.
