Dear Intel processor customer,
Intel is announcing the discontinuation of interactive support for the following desktop products:
- Pentium® 4 processors with HT Technology at .13 micron in 478-pin package
- Pentium® 4 processors at .13 micron in the 478-pin package (400/533 MHz FSB)
- Pentium® 4 processors at .18 micron in the 478-pin package
- Celeron® processors in the 478-pin package
This means that Intel will no longer provide interactive support via e-mail or telephone for these products. Both phone and e-mail support will be discontinued beginning on Friday June 1, 2007.
Technical support will continue to be available via the web. Intel will maintain information for these processors on our processor support website.
