The Intel® Centrino® Processor Technology Test Utility will return a failure condition for the network adapter if the mobile system does not contain an adapter from the Intel® PRO/Wireless network connection family, or if the installed adapter is not enabled.
If the wireless network adapter installed in the system is on the list above, but is not enabled in the operating system, the test utility will return a failure condition. Enabling the wireless adapter is a function of the operating system. For assistance, refer to the operating system's network connection help file.
If the network adapter in your system is not on the list, or is different from what is listed on the bill-of-sale, contact your place of purchase or the system manufacturer for assistance.
