The Intel® Viiv™ Technology Test Utility will return a failure condition for Other tests when the tested system does not contain, or have enabled, the following components:
- Intel® Quick Resume Technology Driver
- Intel® Matrix Storage Technology
- Native Command Queuing (NCQ) SATA hard drive
- Intel® High Definition Audio (5.1 and higher)
- 5.1 or better jacks OR SPDIF connector and stereo jacks
A failure will be reported for Other tests if any one of these components is not located or enabled in the system. A failure report can be viewed that will show which of the components failed:
If a failure condition is received for Other tests, and the issue cannot be resolved by enabling a software component, contact your place of purchase or the system manufacturer for assistance.
