Unable to Clean Autochanger - Cleaning Tapes Show as Bad Tapes

Symptom:
Unable to clean Autochanger, or the cleaning tape in the Autochanger shows up as a bad tape.

Description:
When the Autochanger was set up using the ARCserve* 6.x for NetWare* Changer Option Diskette, the "Tape Cleaning Cartridge Installed" option was not selected in the "Configure Changer" screen.

Solution:
Run the ARCserve 6.x for NetWare* Changer Option setup program again. Choose the "Tape Cleaning Cartridge Installed" option from the "Configure Changer" screen.
