Issue
The keyboard, mouse, and remote control will not wake the Intel® Viiv™ technology-based PC.
Reason
If the Intel® Viiv™ technology-based PC goes into hibernate while in Quick Resume mode, the keyboard, mouse, and remote control will not wake the system.
Solution
Use the power button on the chassis to wake the Intel Viiv technology-based PC.
If you want the keyboard, mouse, and remote control to wake the system, disable the hibernate option in the Power Options. Complete the following steps to disable this option:
- Select Start | Control Panel | Power Options.
The Power Options Properties window is displayed.
- Select the Hibernate tab.
- Uncheck the Enable hibernate support check box.
- Click Apply.
