Errors are Received from MultiMail When Trying to Send or Receive Email Using a Handspring Visor* and a SpringPort Module
Follow these steps to check the DNS information for the dial-up connection:
- Turn on the Visor and click the "MultiMail" icon.

- Click the "Menu" button, and then select "Options."

- Click "Network Panel," and then select the "Details."

- Verify the Query DNS is checked or unchecked according to your ISP.

If your ISP requires a DNS entry, uncheck "Query DNS" and add the appropriate DNS address.

If DNS is resolved automatically, check the "Query DNS" box.

- Click the "OK," and then "Done."

- Connect to your ISP, and retry getting your email.
Follow these instruction to check the incoming email server's name:
- Turn on the Visor and click the "MultiMail" icon.

- Click the "Menu" button, and then select "Options."

- Click "Mail Server," and then select the problem mailbox number.

- On the Server line, verify that the incoming email server's name is correct and make appropriate changes, if necessary.

- Click "OK," and retry getting your email.
